Regardless of how long an ETA has been performing, or how many achievements and performances they have under their belt, if they can't actually "sing" like Elvis, they cannot be classed at top ETAs.

To pay tribute to the greatest entertainer of all time - ETAs "must" sound like Elvis, it is not about look-a-likes as no-one will ever look like the King, even with a wig and sideburns, you cannot put on a jumpsuit and morph into Elvis; it is about studying Elvis, performing as he did, getting the key, diction, tone, timing, syllables and wording spot on; getting the moves right is a bonus.  Being a great ETA is ultimately about Voice. For an ETA to pay tribute it is also about putting on a great show, performing with the vibrant energy, passion, charisma and spirit that  Elvis had. He was Unique!

Sadly most Impersonators never achieve this, some ETAs come close, and a  few come very close but no-one will ever be spot on perfect. The ETAs acknowledged at this site are some of the "closest*" in Voice and Moves to Elvis.
